Job Description
- Make outbound calls and handle inbound inquiries from prospective students.
- Counsel and guide students regarding courses, career paths, and admission procedures.
- Follow up with leads and maintain a strong lead conversion ratio.
- Maintain accurate records of calls and student interactions in CRM or internal databases.
- Schedule and conduct telephonic and/or virtual counselling sessions.
- Provide detailed and accurate information about the program offerings, fees, eligibility criteria, etc.
- Coordinate with internal teams for interviews, documentation, and admission formalities.
- Assist in planning and executing online/offline admission campaigns, webinars, and events.
- Meet or exceed monthly targets for calls, conversions, and admissions.
Requirements
Should be Graduate
Should have good communication skills
Should have atleast 3 years of relevant experience
