This role will be crucial in addressing the administrative requirements throughout the university. A key ingredient for success in this position is a solid proficiency in essential computer applications such as Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
Essential Functions:- Communicates, coordinators, and maintains academic program schedules while administering high accuracy and best practices for instructional success.
- Support instructional and educational resources for the institutions academic programs.
- Prepare special reports that includes the gathering and summarizing of data.
- Ensure the completeness and accuracy of information and documentation.
- Provide excellent customer service, written and oral communication, organization, and time management.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize workload, work independently, manage multi-projects, and meet deadlines.
- Bachelors degree in the related field preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office with intermediate to advanced Excel skills.
- Must have prior administrative support experience.
- Must have excellent organizational, interpersonal, and time management skills.
- Ability to work in a flexible way that allows for changes in assignments and priorities depending upon needs.
- Ability to answer question quickly and efficiently with a customer-oriented attitude.
- Resourceful, detail-oriented, and exemplary problem-solving skills with an ability to identify problems and provide creative solution.
- $21-$23/hr. Salary is based on education and experience.

- Physical ability to perform the duties as assigned to the program or department.
- Proficient in operating electronic keyboards and other office machines.
- Effective verbal communication skills in answering telephones and providing information with clarity and distinctness.
- Ability to read fine print and operate computers with precision.
- Ability to understand voices over the telephone and in person.
- Able to lift, carry, and/or move objects weighing between 10-25 pounds as needed.
