Job Title : Administrative Assistant III

Location : Texas

Job Type : Full-Time, Contract

Pay Rate : $40 per hour

Job Overview :

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative support to a Senior Manager (Level 4) and a team of approximately 50 resources. The ideal candidate will be highly skilled in administrative functions, with a proven ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and prioritize accordingly.

Key Responsibilities :

Provide administrative support by typing, filing, answering phones, scheduling, calendaring, and record keeping.

Coordinate meetings and conferences, including handling logistics and preparation.

Obtain supplies and manage mail sorting/distribution.

Assist with special projects involving recording, compiling, retrieving, reporting, and analyzing information.

Manage complex administrative tasks with minimal direction.

Prioritize tasks to meet deadlines while maintaining a high level of organization and accuracy.

Communicate effectively both verbally and in writing with internal teams and external stakeholders.

Skills and Qualifications :

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and email systems).

Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Experience in administrative coordination and customer service.

Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.

Professional administrative certification is preferred, but not required.

High level of competency and expertise in administrative functions.

Requirements :

Excellent organizational and time-management skills.

Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.

Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

Demonstrated ability to work independently and with minimal supervision.
