Accounts Executive

Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accounts Executive to oversee the financial health of our organization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day accounting operations, financial reporting, budgeting, compliance, and team leadership to ensure financial accuracy and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee the daily operations of the accounting department, including accounts payable/receivable, general ledger, and Bank Reconciliations.
• Ensure compliance with statutory law, tax provisions (GST, TDS, Income Tax), and regulatory requirements.
• Monitor cash flow, accounts, and other financial transactions.
• Implement and maintain internal financial controls and procedures.
• Supervise, train, and develop the accounts team.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of financial transactions.

Requirements

• Should have good Communication Skill
• Proficiency in accounting software (Tally Prime)
• Must have good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word)
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to meet tight deadlines.
• Experience in [Preferred Industry (printing, manufacturing etc.).
