Roles and Responsibilities

Prepare and review financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with GAAP.
Manage month-end and year-end closing processes, including journal entries and reconciliations.
Oversee accounts payable and receivable functions, ensuring timely processing and reporting.
Assist in the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts.
Conduct internal audits and implement controls to enhance financial accuracy and efficiency.
Provide financial analysis and reporting to support management decisions.
Mentor and train junior accounting staff as needed.

Mandatory Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (CPA or equivalent certification preferred).
Proven experience as an accountant, with a minimum of 5 years in a senior or supervisory role.
Strong knowledge of accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
Familiarity with regulatory standards and compliance requirements.
