About the Role We are seeking a versatile Accountant to manage core accounting functions and support day-to-day business operations. This role is designed for a detail-oriented professional who takes pride in maintaining high standards of financial accuracy and operational efficiency. You will have a high degree of autonomy in managing your workflow and will play a critical role in supporting our internal infrastructure. Key Responsibilities

• Full-Cycle Accounting: Own Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and vendor management.
• Payroll & Benefits: Execute semi-monthly payroll and assist with employee benefits administration.
• Monthly Close: Lead the month-end close process, including journal entries and balance sheet reconciliations.
• Quarterly Financial Packages: Help prepare quarterly reporting packages.
• Compliance: Manage expense report auditing and ensure all financial records are organized and audit-ready.
• Operations Support: Support day-to-day business operations, administrative coordination, and general office management as needed.

• Education:?Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance?OR?Associate degree with 3+ years of relevant bookkeeping/operations experience.
• Experience:?3+ years of experience in accounting
• Technical Skills:
• Strong proficiency in QuickBooks Online or similar accounting ERP.
• Solid Excel skills (pivots, lookups, and data organization).
• Familiarity with modern tools (e.g., Gusto, Bill.com, Slack).
