Accountant - Client Facing

Venture First, a leader in financial services, is seeking a Client Facing Senior Accountant to join their growing team. As a Client Facing Senior Accountant, you will work directly with clients to provide financial guidance and support, ensuring exceptional service and maintaining long-term relationships with the firm's clients. You will be responsible for managing and coordinating all aspects of clients' financial needs, including day-to-day accounting, month end close, and process improvements. Responsibilities

• Work directly with clients to provide financial guidance and support
• Manage and coordinate all aspects of clients' financial needs
• Deliver comprehensive financial recommendations to clients
• Provide accurate and timely financial reporting, including monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and changes to regulations and laws related to financial reporting and tax compliance
• Collaborate with other members of the Venture First team to identify new business opportunities and drive growth

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) preferred
• At least 5 years of experience in accounting or related field
• Proven track record of successfully managing and developing client relationships
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and accounting software (e.g. Quickbooks)
