- Key Responsibilities:
- Client Relationship Management : Build and nurture strong client relationships, focusing on retaining clients and discovering new opportunities for service growth and expansion.
- Operational Excellence : Ensure top-notch service delivery at all client locations, upholding the highest quality and compliance standards while managing contractor relationships, including hiring, negotiations, and performance evaluations.
- Strategic Problem Solving : Proactively address client concerns, organize site visits, and create strategic solutions that boost client satisfaction and improve operational efficiency.
- Technology and Reporting : Leverage City Wide's CRM to effectively manage client interactions, service schedules, and performance reports, ensuring that all data is utilized to enhance service delivery.
- Ideal Candidate:
- Demonstrated experience in account management, sales, or a related field in the service industry.
- A proven leader with a track record of managing diverse teams.
- Strong skills in problem-solving, organization, and communication.
- Comfortable with technology, preferably with experience in CRM systems.
- Thrives in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
- Compensation:
- Base Salary : $50,000, with the opportunity to earn significant On Track Earnings of $120.000+ based on your performance.
- Additional Benefits : A comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, paid time off, and a competitive bonus structure.
- Performance Metrics for Success: At City Wide Facility Solutions, we value transparency and clarity in our success measurements. As a Facility Solutions Manager, your performance will be assessed based on several essential metrics that drive client growth and satisfaction as well as the prosperity of our branch. These include:
- Client Retention : Strive for a client retention rate of 96-98%. High retention signifies exceptional service and client satisfaction.
- Revenue Growth : You will be expected to boost extra service (ES) sales, with specific targets tailored to your designated territory.
- Quality Assurance : Perform and document thorough quality control inspections to guarantee that all services meet our high standards.
- Operational Excellence : Manage service delivery efficiently, ensuring compliance with both client and company standards.
- Team Management : Lead and nurture your team, promoting high performance and adherence to company protocols.
Requirements
- 3-5 plus year's sales and management experience in building maintenance, facility management or equivalent experience.
- High School diploma required; bachelor's degree highly desirable.
- Highly detail oriented and excellent follow-through on commitments.
- Positive and outgoing personality; great at building relationships.
- Excellent verbal and strong written communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and knowledge of CRM database.
- Must have reliable transportation.
- Bilingual a plus but not required
