The Amazon Business (AB) 3rd Party Supplier Sales Team is driving the next wave of growth for our Business Sellers (Enterprise & SMB). We relentlessly innovate with our Sellers across a broad spectrum of functions including: expanding selection, offering everyday low prices, improving our world-class delivery program, and providing exceptional convenience. We are disrupting the status quo by delivering new, efficient buying and selling solutions to individual proprietors, small-medium businesses, global organizations, and everything in between.

Key job responsibilities

Amazon Business is seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Professional for our third-party supplier sales team. The Account Representative will be responsible for launching new accounts with brand owners, distributors, resellers, and independently owned businesses to list and sell products to business customers in the Amazon Business store. The ideal candidate will have experience in owning the complete sales cycle from pipeline development through closing the sale and post-close engagement.

Our Sellers are our Customers, and we want you to bring a passion for their success to this role, with a focus on helping them launch effectively, steadily increase their business, and improve their experience selling with Amazon Business

Develop and execute a launch playbook for the scaled recruitment and growth of prioritized B2B selection

Develop and manage launch plans in tandem with customer teams, category teams, OEMs/Brands, Distributors, Operations, Integration, Account Management, and Marketing teams

Identify and build relationships with key influencers and decision makers within prospect targets

Drive seller performance improvements using targeted levers across selection, listing quality, pricing, and fulfillment.

This in-office role can be based in one of the following locations: Seattle WA, Austin TX, Phoenix AZ.

Basic Qualifications

1+ years of professional or military experience

Knowledge of Microsoft Office products and applications

Experience prospecting, qualifying, and cold-calling companies

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with pipeline management skills to include utilization of Salesforce or other CRM tools

Experience and track record of exceeding sales goals

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $43,300/year in our lowest geographic market up to $92,600/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
