• Serve as the primary point of contact for Tarrant County Juvenile Services
• Monitor contract compliance (credentials, background checks, fidelity to treatment models)
• Manage report submissions (progress notes, discharge reports, outcome metrics)
• Communicate between clinicians, county staff, and stakeholders
• Resolve service issues and improve program efficiency
• Lead documentation review and maintain confidentiality standards
• Support clinicians in navigating program requirements and deadlines

Requirements

• Education:
• Bachelor's in Business, Social Services, Healthcare Administration, or related field
• Master's degree preferred
• Experience:
• Behavioral health or social services contract/program management
• Familiarity with HIPAA and compliance in clinical settings
• Skills:
• Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking capabilities
• Proficient in reporting, documentation, and working across stakeholders
