• Be a trusted advisor to real estate investors?educating clients, structuring deals, and helping them scale their portfolios?
• Originate high-impact loan products designed specifically for investment property success?
• Own the deal lifecycle by guiding loans through Due Diligence, Underwriting, and Closing?
• Leverage company-provided leads and Salesforce to build and manage a strong pipeline?

Requirements What We're Looking For

• Experience: Residential or commercial mortgage lending (or similar background)?
• Skillset: Strong sales instincts, relationship-building ability, and sharp problem-solving skills?
• Education: Bachelor?s degree is a plus?
• Licensing: MLO license preferred, but not required?

• Base Salary: $50,000?
• Commission: Up to 40 BPS + profit sharing on closed loan economics?
• Total Earnings: $150,000?$200,000+ annually (uncapped upside)?
• Equity Opportunity: All 2026 hires receive shares through our Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP)?
