Account Delivery Lead - Healthcare (AVP)

ARFA Solutions, LLC is seeking an experienced Account Delivery Lead - Healthcare (AVP) to join our dynamic team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for driving successful project delivery and account management for our healthcare clients. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs, ensuring alignment between business objectives and our service delivery.

• Lead the account delivery team to provide exceptional service and support to healthcare clients.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business challenges and objectives.
• Oversee project delivery, ensuring completion within scope, timeline, and budget.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing any concerns and providing timely updates on project progress.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of project goals with client expectations.
• Identify opportunities for innovation and process improvements to enhance service delivery.
• Monitor project performance, metrics, and outcomes to ensure quality standards are met.
• Provide leadership, guidance, and mentoring to team members, fostering a collaborative work environment.
• Stay abreast of industry trends and regulatory changes impacting healthcare delivery.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in healthcare management, business administration, or a related field; master's degree preferred.
• 15+ years of experience in managing healthcare projects, specifically in thepayer segment.
• Strong understanding ofplatform implementationand project management methodologies.
• Hands-on experience with executive-level client management.
• Excellent communication, budgeting, and organizational skills.
• PMI certification preferred; travel may be required.
• Strong understanding of emerging healthcare trends and technologies.
