We are looking for a website manager who is good at solving problems and knows a lot about Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and Pay Per Click (PPC). Website managers need to pay close attention to details, have excellent problem-solving skills, and be great at creating and writing content.

To do well in this job, a website manager needs to know a lot about things like content management systems (CMS), CSS, Firewalls, IDS/IPS, Web-Proxy, and Security Audits. The best candidates will feel comfortable fixing website problems and always try to make the website easier for people to use.

Job Duties and Responsibilities

  • Make plans and take care of the organization's website
  • Fix any problems with the website when they come up
  • Find and take care of any security problems on the website
  • Make sure the website is safe by using the right security measures
  • Update the website's HTML, CSS, and JavaScript regularly
  • Check the website's content to make sure there are no duplicate or unimportant things
  • Create good content for the website that fits with the organization's plans
  • Make sure the website works well by testing it often

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Have a degree in computer science, IT, systems engineering, or a similar field
  • Have at least 2 years of experience working as a website manager
  • Know a lot about programs like Macromedia Suite, Adobe Suite, Content Management Systems, and W3C Web standards
  • Be really good at HTML, XHTML, CSS design, making sure websites work on different browsers and devices, firewalls, using programs like Access and mySQL, and JavaScript
  • Know a lot about SEO and PPC
  • Be able to fix website problems quickly
  • Pay close attention to details and be good at solving problems
  • Be great at creating and writing content
  • Be good at managing time and doing lots of things at once
