We need a UI/UX designer who can make sure our digital tools are easy to use and visually appealing. You'll need to stay updated on the latest design trends and techniques to create the best user experience possible.

Job Duties and Responsibilities

  • Figure out what users need for our digital tools
  • Create a plan for how the tools should look and work
  • Make mockups and designs to show how the tools will look and work
  • Create buttons, menus, and other elements for the tools
  • Test and make changes to improve the tools
  • Work with other teams to make sure the tools meet our brand's needs
  • Use research and testing to understand user behavior and make improvements
  • Follow design rules for fonts and graphics

Requirements and Qualifications

  • A bachelor's degree and at least 2 years of experience designing digital products or services
  • A portfolio of your previous UI/UX design work for websites and mobile platforms
  • Knowledge of design software like Sketch, InVision, Visio, and Adobe Creative Suite
  • Ability to work well with a team, but also independently
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize them
