We are looking for a detail-oriented training specialist to assess the skills of our employees and provide appropriate training. This person will be responsible for planning training sessions on a yearly and as-needed basis.
In order to excel in this role, a training specialist should have strong interpersonal and observation skills. They should be able to plan training sessions in advance and also monitor employee performance on a daily basis.
