Job Duties and Responsibilities

- Create training programs that are tailored to the specific needs of the business
- Make training materials that help employees improve their skills
- Use effective training methods to teach employees
- Manage the budget for training
- Check to make sure the training is helping the business and making employees better at their jobs
- Assess employees' skills, performance, and productivity to find ways to help them improve
- Make sure employees understand and follow the company's values and goals through training
- Communicate well with team members, trainers, and managers
- Create a training plan that fits with the business's goals
- Choose and manage the people and resources needed to create and deliver training
- Make sure the technology used for training is working well
- Stay up-to-date on new trends and best practices in training
Requirements and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in human resources or a related field (required)
- At least 2 years of experience in training and development management (required)
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proven success in creating and running successful training programs
- Good at solving problems and coming up with creative solutions
- Comfortable using computers and programs like Microsoft Office
- Familiar with both traditional and modern training methods
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Able to think strategically and creatively
