We are looking for an experienced and customer-focused telesales executive to make phone calls and meet sales targets. The main responsibilities of a telesales executive include selling more of our products, answering incoming calls from customers, and keeping a record of all calls made and received. You will also need to work with other departments to resolve customer complaints.

To succeed as a telesales executive, you should be convincing and able to work under pressure. You should also be able to follow sales scripts and have excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.

Job Duties and Responsibilities

  • Call existing and potential customers to persuade them to buy our products and services.
  • Record details of customers' orders accurately.
  • Process all customer purchases correctly.
  • Find potential customers for the outside sales team to follow up on.
  • Manage customer accounts and make sure they are happy with our products and services.
  • Build and maintain good relationships with customers to encourage them to come back and buy more.
  • Use sales scripts provided by the company to drive sales and handle customer objections.
  • Get a deep understanding of our products and services to recommend the best options for customers based on their needs and preferences.
  • Meet or exceed daily and monthly targets for call volume and sales.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Preferably a bachelor's or associate's degree in marketing, communications, business administration, or a related field.
  • Certified Sales Professional (CSP) accreditation is a plus.
  • Proven experience as a telesales executive.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
  • Ability to follow scripts.
  • Strong negotiation and consultative sales skills.
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
  • Effective communication skills.
