Job Duties and Responsibilities
- Collaborate with designers, manufacturers, vendors, and clients to make sure product specifications are achievable.
- Analyze designs and determine the resources and timeline needed for each project.
- Make necessary design changes and come up with backup plans when needed.
- Supervise technical and design teams.
- Visit manufacturing sites and report back to senior management.
- Handle administrative tasks.
- Establish quality control standards.

Requirements and Qualifications
- Associate's degree in fashion, technical design, or a related field.
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- 3+ years of experience for junior positions or 5+ years for senior roles.
- Proficiency in software such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and CAD.
- Knowledge and experience with patternmaking.
- The ability to justify design changes.
- Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
