Job Duties and Responsibilities

  • Use your expertise to figure out how the organization works and what needs improving.
  • Suggest where technical solutions could make things better.
  • Talk to different parts of the organization, give advice, and share your specialized knowledge.
  • Recommend technical solutions and figure out what software is needed.
  • Give advice and support to IT developers while they make the software.
  • Supervise the development, testing, and use of technical solutions.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Master of Business Administration (MBA), Six Sigma Black Belt professional certification, or something similar.
  • Proof that you are a really good Subject Matter Expert.
  • 10-15 years of experience working in the same area where you are an expert.
  • Really good understanding of how businesses work and how to manage projects.
  • Know how to use electronic business management systems, like monday.com and ProWorkflow.
  • Be able to suggest and use technical solutions for projects that involve different parts of the organization.
  • Know about systems and software engineering so that you can use your expertise to design software solutions.
  • Great at leading and teaching people, so you can help them use technical solutions.
  • Keep really good records and know how to write and speak well.
