Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and strategic senior financial analyst to join our finance team. In this role, you will help with financial planning and budgeting, analyze financial statements and reports, develop financial models, prepare projections, and conduct research and analysis as needed by our leadership team. Additionally, you will provide financial guidance to project teams and assist with monthly close processes.

To be successful in this role, you should be able to perform a variety of financial tasks, including planning, analysis, budgeting, and reporting. You should also possess strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills, and be able to present financial information and models in a clear and easy-to-understand manner.

Job Duties and Responsibilities

  • Review and analyze financial statements and reports
  • Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare financial reports
  • Assist with budgeting and monthly close processes
  • Understand key business drivers
  • Provide financial guidance to project teams
  • Develop financial projections and build financial models
  • Conduct research and analysis as needed
  • Ensure compliance with financial guidelines, company policies, and relevant legal regulations

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field
  • 2+ years of experience in financial planning, analysis, and modeling
  • Ability to present financial information to non-financial audiences
  • Working knowledge of financial strategies
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
  • Detail-oriented and able to work in a high-pressure environment
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and financial systems (e.g. SAP, Oracle)
