Job Description

We are looking for a talented screen printer to join our team. As a lead screen printer, you will be in charge of creating design patterns, mixing ink colors, loading and operating the machine, and cleaning it after each batch. You may also need to dry and fold the items before packaging them for customers.

To be successful in this role, you should have strong artistic skills, be able to stand for long periods, and have good hand-eye coordination. Job Duties and Responsibilities

  • Receive work orders for screen printing jobs.
  • Review work orders to estimate printing time, ink, and materials needed.
  • Create design patterns according to customer requirements.
  • Select screen size, cleaning agents, and coating materials.
  • Load screens onto the machine.
  • Install and adjust printing plates and pressure rollers.
  • Calibrate the machine before printing.
  • Run prints and check for quality throughout the process.
  • Troubleshoot any issues that arise.
  • Dry, fold, and pack completed items.

Requirements and Qualifications
