Job Duties and Responsibilities
- Set sales goals and develop sales strategies.
- Research potential customers and generate leads.
- Contact potential and existing customers through phone, email, and in-person interactions.
- Address customer questions, inquiries, and complaints.
- Prepare and send quotes and proposals.
- Manage the sales process using software programs.
- Maintain a CRM database.
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Participate in sales team meetings.
Requirements and Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of sales experience.
