Job Duties and Responsibilities

  • Communicating with customers and engineers to understand their equipment and system requirements.
  • Collaborating with sales teams to provide technical support and meet customer needs.
  • Generating sales leads, following up with potential customers, securing orders, negotiating prices, and arranging deliveries.
  • Researching and developing products to meet customers' technical requirements.
