We are looking for a skilled Revenue Cycle Manager to lead our revenue cycle department. Job Duties and Responsibilities

  • Creating a system to ensure accurate billing information is entered into our system.
  • Supervising the revenue cycle department in tasks such as managing accounts, communicating with insurance companies, collecting payments, analyzing contracts, and handling billing.
  • Providing feedback, performance evaluations, and one-on-one meetings to manage staff performance.
  • Reviewing applications for financial assistance.
  • Hiring and training new staff members.
  • Effectively addressing patient complaints about billing and payments.
  • Planning and organizing the department's workflow and staffing.
  • Coding medical procedures and diagnoses correctly.

Requirements and Qualifications
