We are looking for a detail-oriented retail merchandiser to help promote and sell our products. As a retail merchandiser, you will be in charge of setting up displays, managing inventory, and tracking sales at designated stores. You will also use your own research to come up with new promotions and discounts for our products.

To be successful as a retail merchandiser, you should have excellent time management skills and be focused on meeting customers' expectations. Great retail merchandisers use their marketing knowledge along with insights from consumer behavior to help boost sales of our products.

Job Duties and Responsibilities

  • Arrange products in the most visible and attractive spots in the store.
  • Regularly check inventory levels to make sure the store has enough stock.
  • Remove expired, damaged, or unsuitable products from displays.
  • Track sales to see how well our products are performing.
  • Suggest special offers and discounts to increase sales.
  • Advocate for restocking products when needed.
  • Conduct research through interviews, focus groups, and surveys to understand consumer preferences and identify market gaps.
  • Recommend discontinuing products that are not selling well.
  • Maintain positive relationships with all stakeholders and represent our company professionally.

Requirements and Qualifications
