We are looking for a registered nurse to join our team and provide excellent healthcare to our patients. Your job will involve taking care of patients in our facility, including creating and keeping accurate records, giving medications and watching for side effects, taking vital signs, and reporting any changes in a patient's condition.
To be considered for this job, you need a bachelor's degree in nursing and a state license. You also need to be trained in BLS/CPR and have ACLS certification. Being professional, friendly, and a good communicator are important qualities for this role.
Job Duties and Responsibilities
- Keep accurate and complete healthcare records and reports.
- Give medications to patients and watch for side effects and reactions.
- Prescribe medical devices and treatments to assist patients.
- Record vital signs and medical information about patients.
- Order medical tests and procedures.
- Watch for and report any changes in a patient's condition.
- Give medications that are not through an IV.
- Work with other healthcare team members to create, implement, and evaluate patient care plans.
- Adjust patient care plans based on their condition and how they respond to treatment.
Requirements and Qualifications
- Must have a bachelor's or master's degree in nursing.
- Pass the National Council Licensure Examination (NCLEX-RN).
- Have a current state license as a registered nurse and be certified in BLS.
