Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and analytical quality inspector to join our production team. As a quality inspector, your main role will be to make sure our products meet safety regulations and quality standards. You will also be in charge of supervising the production process to ensure that our products are of high quality.

To be successful in this role, you should have great attention to detail and good technical and math skills.

Job Duties and Responsibilities

  • Check the quality of incoming materials from vendors and outgoing products for shipping regularly.
  • Reject any products or materials that do not meet our quality standards.
  • Read blueprints, plans, and specifications to understand product requirements.
  • Measure product dimensions, test functionality, and compare the final product to specifications.
  • Suggest ways to improve the production process for better quality control.
  • Keep detailed reports and records of inspection results.
  • Train the production team on quality control to improve product quality.
  • Supervise the production process.
  • Solve any quality-related issues in a timely manner.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Certification in quality control is preferred.
  • At least 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Good knowledge of MS Office.
  • Strong math and technical skills.
  • Thorough understanding of quality control standards and testing techniques.
