  • Using editing software to make final adjustments to designs.
  • Suggesting and making improvements to images and graphics in both print and digital formats.
  • Preparing print-ready files based on provided specifications.
  • Following project timelines to ensure timely completion.
  • Troubleshooting any design issues with the team and printer.
  • Organizing and keeping track of produced images and graphics for future use.
  • Communicating with clients to ensure their needs are met.
  • Staying updated on graphic design trends, techniques, and software.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • A Bachelor's degree in visual arts, design, or a related field.
  • A qualification in graphic design is a plus.
  • Prior experience as a production artist, graphic designer, or similar role.
  • A portfolio showcasing completed designs and graphics.
  • Thorough understanding of printing processes and software applications, such as FlightCheck, Adobe Creative Suite, QuarkXPress, and MS Office.
  • Experience with digital content, including social media, online advertising, and email campaigns.
  • Basic knowledge of web development tools like HTML5 and Adobe After Effects.
  • Strong analytical, time management, and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
