Job Duties and Responsibilities

  • Develop ideas to make processes more cost-effective and increase production rates.
  • Conduct risk assessments.
  • Create and test process upgrades and new systems.
  • Ensure processes meet safety and quality standards.
  • Perform process simulations and troubleshoot issues.
  • Conduct optimization tests.
  • Establish routines and best practices to maintain product quality.
  • Create standardized operating instructions for process upgrades.

Requirements and Qualifications
