We need a skilled process associate to watch over and maintain our production processes. As a process associate, you will look at how our processes are working and suggest ways to make them better, take care of the equipment, keep track of supplies, make sure the products are good quality, and create reports for the production manager.

To be successful as a process associate, you should know a lot about how machines work, be really good with technology, and be very detail-oriented. A great process associate makes sure everything runs smoothly so that our production rates go up and our costs go down.

Job Duties and Responsibilities

  • Check our processes for any problems or weaknesses
  • Suggest ways to make our processes better and cheaper
  • Look at the orders for our processes
  • Take care of and fix any problems with our equipment
  • Find solutions when there are issues with our processes
  • Keep track of the things we need for our machines

Requirements and Qualifications
