We are looking for a caring and dedicated pediatrician to care for children from infancy to adolescence. This includes providing general medical care, monitoring growth and development, and administering immunizations. You will also offer guidance and support to parents on their children's health, safety, nutrition, and fitness needs.
To be successful in this role, you should be able to make accurate diagnoses for children who may not be able to communicate effectively. You should also have strong decision-making, problem-solving, interpersonal, and communication skills.
Job Duties and Responsibilities
- Diagnosing and treating illnesses, medical conditions, and injuries
- Ordering and interpreting diagnostic tests
- Collecting and maintaining patient information and histories
- Prescribing and administering treatments, therapies, medications, and vaccinations
- Explaining procedures and discussing test results or treatments with patients and their families
- Monitoring patients' conditions and progress
