Requirements and Qualifications

- Passing score on the Patent Law Bar Examination (required).
- Registered Patent Lawyer with at least 5 years of experience.
- Experience with drafting and prosecuting patents, developing patent strategies, and conducting patent analysis and due diligence.
- Extensive knowledge of technical, scientific, and legal aspects of intellectual property.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to simplify complex information.
