Job Description

We need an otolaryngologist to help us treat conditions of the ear, throat, and nose. This includes examining the affected areas and performing tests to determine the severity of hearing or speech loss, as well as injuries to the larynx. To do this job well, you should be able to handle stress, be caring, and work well with a team. It's also important to have good listening skills, pay close attention to details, and communicate effectively.

Job Duties and Responsibilities

  • Treating conditions of the ears, upper pharynx, oral cavity, larynx, nose, face, and neck.
  • Performing procedures such as nosebleed treatments, tonsillectomies, adenoidectomies, mastoid infection treatments, and sinusitis treatments.
  • Helping patients with limited or altered sense of smell.
  • Treating patients with head and neck tumors or defects in the ear, nose, or throat.
  • Collaborating with other medical professionals.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • A medical degree.
  • Completion of an otolaryngology residency program.
  • A valid medical license.
  • Good hand-eye coordination and dexterity.
  • Excellent vision and spatial awareness.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • The ability to work well independently and in a team.
