We are seeking an experienced orthodontist to conduct examinations and assess patient needs. This role also involves fitting patients for dentures, braces, and other orthodontic devices.

Job Duties and Responsibilities
- Performing diagnostic tests to evaluate the condition of patients' teeth.
- Reviewing patient records, including dental histories, X-rays, and plaster models, to develop treatment plans.
- Discussing treatment plans and costs with patients.
- Treating occlusion issues and other oral conditions.
- Instructing assistants on orthodontic procedures and techniques.
- Collaborating with other specialists, such as dentists and oral surgeons, to coordinate orthodontic services.
- Fitting patients for orthodontic appliances.
- Scheduling regular checkups to adjust appliances and monitor progress.
- Educating patients on proper oral hygiene for maintaining good oral health.
- Referring patients to other professionals, such as oral surgeons, when necessary.
Requirements and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in biology, chemistry, or a related field.
- Doctor of Medical Dentistry (DMD) or Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) degree.
- Additional studies in orthodontics accredited by the American Dental Association (ADA).
- Member of the American Association of Orthodontists (AAO).
- Extensive knowledge of various molds and orthodontic appliances.
- Experience using hand tools and diagnostic equipment.
- Exceptional dexterity and hand-eye coordination.
- Strong patient management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
