Job Duties and Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough routine eye exams
- Evaluate a patient's visual abilities, field of vision, and hand-eye coordination
- Diagnose common sight problems, such as nearsightedness and color blindness
- Prescribe corrective lenses or medications as needed
- Maintain accurate medical records for all patients

Requirements and Qualifications
- Doctor of Optometry (O.D.) degree
- State-issued license for Optometry and O.D.
