We are looking for someone who is good at analyzing things to join our team as a networking specialist. Your job would be to set up and take care of our organization's computer networks, make sure that the lines of communication are working, and regularly check on the networks to prevent any problems.
To do well in this job, you should be good at communicating in both technical and non-technical terms. You should also be able to work by yourself or with a team, and have a good understanding of how to keep data secure.
Job Duties and Responsibilities
- Analyzing how things are currently working and what security measures are needed, and then creating the network.
- Finding and fixing any performance issues with the network, and setting up and testing equipment, connections, and firewalls.
- Creating rules and steps for using the network.
- Keeping an eye on the network and fixing any problems that come up.
- Making small adjustments to the network to make it work better for everyone.
- Making sure that security protocols are in place and working.
- Teaching the people in the office how to use the network safely and securely.
- Testing and installing new things on the network to keep it up-to-date.

- Continuing to learn about new things in the field so that you stay knowledgeable.
Requirements and Qualifications
- A four-year degree in a computer-related field like computer science, network technology, software engineering, information security, or something similar.
- Having a certification in networking could be helpful.
- Having worked as a network administrator or technician before.
- Knowing how to use access, administration, application server, archival, and configuration management software.
- Being able to communicate well, both technically and in regular language.
- Being physically fit enough to move heavy technical equipment.
- Being able to work alone or with others.
- Having good problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Being able to work under pressure.
- Having strong analytical and time management skills.
