Job Description

We are looking for a skilled and reliable MRI technologist to join our medical team. Job Duties and Responsibilities

  • Reviewing patient medical histories and checking for any potential risks during the scan.
  • Preparing and administering contrast dyes to enhance the images.
  • Ensuring that patients are comfortable and calm during the scan.
  • Performing regular maintenance checks on the MRI equipment and arranging repairs when needed.
  • Positioning patients correctly and conducting scans according to doctors' instructions.
  • Keeping the MRI room clean, organized, and safe.
  • Training new MRI technologists and providing support to other staff.
  • Writing reports and communicating any issues to the appropriate people.
  • Conducting quality control checks and making improvements as necessary.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • An associate's degree or equivalent education.
  • A bachelor's degree may be preferred.
  • A valid license and certification may be required.
  • Strong analytical, mathematical, and observational skills.
  • Self-motivated with good time management skills.
  • Ability to follow instructions in high-pressure situations.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
