Job Duties and Responsibilities
- Cleaning carpets and rugs by shampooing and vacuuming, and using deodorizers when needed.
- Sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming floors and other surfaces to get rid of dirt and dust.
- Washing windows, walls, and woodwork when necessary.
- Scrubbing toilets, showers, baths, and sinks to keep them clean and free of mold and mildew.
- Wiping down kitchen appliances, counters, and equipment to remove grease and dirt.
- Regularly emptying trash cans and getting rid of garbage.
- Washing, drying, and folding bedding and towels.
- Keeping track of all the cleaning tasks you do each day.
- Washing and drying clothes as needed.
Requirements and Qualifications
- A high school diploma or GED is preferred.
- Prior experience with cleaning is a plus.
