We are looking for a detail-oriented, knowledgeable lawn care technician to maintain our grounds. This includes cutting grass and shrubs, keeping the area clean, and storing tools properly. You will also need to keep track of supplies and let us know if we need more.

Job Duties and Responsibilities
- Cutting and caring for grass, trees, plants, and hedges as needed
- Watering and monitoring the growth of plants
- Removing and disposing of invasive plants and weeds
- Creating walkways that don't harm the lawn or plants
- Keeping the area free of trash and disposing of it properly
- Making sure people don't walk on the lawn or through the plants
- Working in a way that doesn't harm the animals in the area
- Telling your manager when we need more supplies
- Storing equipment and supplies safely
Requirements and Qualifications
- A high school diploma is preferred
- Formal training is a plus
- Previous experience as a lawn care technician
- Able to use gardening tools and equipment
- Can tell the difference between native and non-native plants
- Good communication and people skills
- Follows directions well
- Attentive and hardworking
- In good physical shape
