Job Duties and Responsibilities
- Get samples ready for tests using different lab tools.
- Keep track of all lab records.
- Follow the right rules, policies, and safety rules.
- Do lab tests, study results, and write them down.
- Stay updated on the newest lab methods and practices.
- Write down everything you do and tell your boss.
- Clean and make sure tools and work area are safe.
- Gather and prepare information for studies.
- Sort and label samples.
- Do basic office work like filing and answering phones.
Requirements and Qualifications
- Bachelor?s degree in medical technology, biology, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar job.
- Good understanding of lab information systems and automated lab tools.
