Job Duties and Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain the company's technological equipment, such as computers, tablets, and smartphones.
- Ensure that company devices connect smoothly with file servers, email servers, and financial systems.
- Install, upgrade, and manage software and hardware on company devices.
- Manage all software licenses.
- Maintain an inventory of all company electronic assets.
- Provide training to staff on using hardware, software, and cloud-based services.
- Create instructions for installing programs.
- Perform backups and restore lost data as needed.
- Evaluate and recommend software purchases to the IT manager.
Requirements and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in information technology, computer technology, or a similar field.
- At least two years of experience as an IT coordinator or in a related role.
- Knowledge of IT tools and concepts, such as operating systems and internet protocol suites.
- Familiarity with LAN/WAN configurations.
- Experience in configuring and managing Apple iOS and Android devices.
- Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Good interpersonal skills and the ability to work with both technical and non-technical personnel.
