Job Description
We are looking for a caring hospital sitter to support our staff and patients' loved ones. Your main responsibility will be to provide companionship and care for patients in need. This will give relief to their families and loved ones. You may also sit with patients who are upset, unwell, dying, or at risk of falling. Your goal is to provide comfort to patients, observe any changes in their condition, and call for help from nursing staff when needed. Please note, you should not perform any tasks that you are not authorized to do.
To be successful in this role, you should have a good understanding of different emotional states and be able to respond appropriately. The ideal candidate is observant, respectful, and diplomatic.
