Job Description

We are currently looking for a reliable and qualified healthcare administrator to join our team. This person will be responsible for managing all of our clinical and administrative procedures. To be successful in this role, you should have a strong understanding of healthcare regulations and medical terminology.

As the healthcare administrator, you will be in charge of creating employee work schedules, monitoring budgets, maintaining patient records, and making sure we are following all state laws and regulations. We are looking for someone who is professional, courteous, and has excellent communication skills.

Job Duties and Responsibilities

  • Monitor the budget for the department and report any findings accurately.
  • Keep detailed records of medical and office supplies.
  • Inform employees about any new policies or changes.
  • Create work schedules for all employees.
  • Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to understand their needs and concerns.
  • Respond to questions from doctors, nurses, and patients in a timely manner.
  • Make sure that patient medical records are always up to date.
  • Keep track of all expenses and find ways to reduce costs.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business administration, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in a hospital administration position.
  • Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations and medical terminology.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to solve problems and manage time effectively.
  • Previous experience with administrative and accounting processes is a plus.
