We are looking for a skilled and dependable handyman to join our maintenance department. Your main responsibilities will include performing upkeep tasks, identifying repair needs, responding to maintenance requests, and servicing company equipment.

To be a great handyman, you should be hardworking, have excellent problem-solving skills, and be physically fit. Having good manual dexterity, strength, and technical knowledge are also important for this role.

Job Duties and Responsibilities

Perform basic tasks such as painting, filling cracks, and cleaning facilities.
Repair company machinery, equipment, and appliances.
Detect and report major repair needs.
Regularly check community spaces for any issues, such as litter, mechanical failures, or breakdowns.
Respond to maintenance requests from clients in a timely and professional manner.
Fix plumbing, electrical, and safety systems.
Maintain the cleanliness of outdoor spaces, such as parking lots and sidewalks.
