We are looking for hard-working and efficient Floor Staff to provide excellent customer service to our patrons. Your responsibilities will include greeting and welcoming customers, keeping server stations organized, disposing of trash, and attending meetings and training. You should also be able to respond promptly to customer requests.
To be successful as Floor Staff, you should know how to handle food properly and have good organizational skills. Most importantly, you should be able to communicate well with both the wait staff and customers and provide exceptional customer service.
Job Duties and Responsibilities
- Clearing dirty dishes from tables and taking them to the kitchen to be washed
- Serving complimentary snacks to customers when they arrive
- Helping customers find a table
- Setting tables with clean linens, napkins, and utensils, as well as condiments
- Making sure server stations are stocked with everything needed
- Assisting wait staff with delivering food to customers
