We are looking for a finance manager who is very organized and good at solving problems. Finance managers should pay close attention to details, know a lot about numbers, and be curious and good at finding information.

The best candidates will be great at talking and writing, very good at using computers, and good at making deals.
Job Duties and Responsibilities
- Plan, organize, and do important financial tasks for the business.
- Figure out how much money the business needs for short-term and long-term goals.
- Make reports about the business's finances, close the books at the end of each month, and predict how much money the business will make in the future.
- Create and follow plans for budgeting, predicting, and reporting.
- Decide how much of the business's money should be from investors and how much should be from borrowing, in order to make the most money.
- Think about ways to get money from banks and other places to help the business.
- Invest the business's money in things that will make the most money.
- Give advice and look at numbers to help the business grow and do well.
- Keep track of important numbers and make reports about how the business is doing.
- Measure how well the business is doing and how much money the business is making from investments.
- Understand and think about the risks that come with the business's financial activities.
Requirements and Qualifications
- Must have a degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.
- Should have a certification from the International Accounting Standards Board (IASB).
- Must be a Certified Public Accountant (CPA).
- Must have at least 5 years of experience working as a finance manager.
- Should know a lot about Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
- Must be good at thinking analytically and solving problems.
- Should pay close attention to details and be very organized.
- Must be able to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Should be able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Must be great at writing reports and communicating with others.
- Should be very good at using Microsoft Office, SAP, and other financial planning software.
