Job Duties and Responsibilities
- Performing services like waxing, facials, body treatments, and makeup application.
- Being on time for appointments and managing your schedule.
- Greeting clients warmly, taking them to the treatment room, and thanking them when they leave.
- Talking to clients to learn about their skin and any concerns, and deciding on the best treatment for them.
- Giving advice on skincare and suggesting products and treatments.
- Talking and connecting with clients during their treatment.
- Knowing about our products and services and being able to sell them.
- Following safety guidelines for using chemicals and keeping equipment clean.
- Changing and washing linens between clients.
- Stopping the treatment and reporting any inappropriate behavior.
Requirements and Qualifications
- A license to work as an esthetician in your state.
- At least 3 years of experience in the industry.
- Knowledge and skill in performing different treatments.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to connect with people and make them feel comfortable.
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift heavy objects.
