We are looking for a caring esthetician to provide skincare, body treatments, and hair removal services. You will talk to clients to understand their needs, recommend the right treatments, help them make decisions, and make sure they are happy with the service. Job Duties and Responsibilities

  • Performing services like waxing, facials, body treatments, and makeup application.
  • Being on time for appointments and managing your schedule.
  • Greeting clients warmly, taking them to the treatment room, and thanking them when they leave.
  • Talking to clients to learn about their skin and any concerns, and deciding on the best treatment for them.
  • Giving advice on skincare and suggesting products and treatments.
  • Talking and connecting with clients during their treatment.
  • Knowing about our products and services and being able to sell them.
  • Following safety guidelines for using chemicals and keeping equipment clean.
  • Changing and washing linens between clients.
  • Stopping the treatment and reporting any inappropriate behavior.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • A license to work as an esthetician in your state.
  • At least 3 years of experience in the industry.
  • Knowledge and skill in performing different treatments.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to connect with people and make them feel comfortable.
  • Ability to stand for long periods and lift heavy objects.
  • Respect for client privacy.
