Job Description
We are looking to hire an electrician to join our team. Your main job will be to install and repair complex electrical systems, following technical blueprints. To be successful in this role, you will need to have an electrician degree from a technical college and previous experience working with simple and complex electrical systems.
Job Duties and Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical control, wiring, and lighting systems
- Read technical diagrams and blueprints
- Perform general electrical maintenance
- Inspect transformers, circuit breakers, and other electrical components
- Troubleshoot electrical issues using appropriate testing devices
- Repair and replace equipment, electrical wiring, and fixtures
- Adhere to National Electrical Code and state/local building regulations
- Conduct circuit breaker maintenance
- Maintain knowledge of heating and air conditioning systems and testing equipment
Requirements and Qualifications
- Completed electrician apprenticeship
- Previous experience working as an electrician
