Job Duties and Responsibilities
- Hiring, training, and motivating the design team or selecting a team from existing employees.

- Interpreting complex business concepts and client requests to come up with creative ideas.
- Developing strategic design plans with timelines and budgets.
- Creating storyboards and mockups to help clients and the design team visualize the final product.
- Pitching ideas and communicating the project outline to clients and the design team.
- Selecting the appropriate design elements for each project.
- Overseeing projects from start to finish and ensuring the team stays within budget and meets deadlines.
- Reviewing client feedback and making necessary changes to designs.
- Using market research to create more effective designs.
Requirements and Qualifications
- A bachelor's or associate's degree in graphic design, fine arts, advertising, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in a managerial or senior-level design role.
- Strong creativity and the ability to turn client requests into creative projects.
- In-depth knowledge of graphic design and design software.
- Excellent leadership, organization, and analytical skills.
- Good collaboration and communication skills.
