Job Description
We are seeking a skilled crane operator to operate a variety of cranes, including stationary and mobile overhead cranes, as well as truck cranes. This role involves using lever and pedal controls to move the crane, driving it to different worksites, and following the manufacturer's manual for setup and operation. You will also be responsible for daily safety inspections, and operating the crane under supervision. It is important to be able to lift and lower materials with precision, and transport heavy equipment to different worksites.
To be successful as a crane operator, you should be able to operate the crane efficiently, prioritize safety at all times, and properly maintain the hoisting mechanisms. You should also be able to accurately track and report job billing, work in various weather conditions, and follow instructions from verbal, written, or signal sources.
Job Duties and Responsibilities
